RFK is an international nonprofit organization founded in 1985 to support local children who have experienced abuse, abandonment, or neglect. It offers a week-long summer camp filled with fun, worship, and personalized care, alongside a monthly mentoring program during the school year. Camp activities include swimming, fishing, crafts, music, games, and woodworking, as well as a special “Everyone’s Birthday!” celebration complete with gifts, cake, and a party for every child. Campers leave with a photo album, their own Bible, and many learned camp songs, fostering lasting memories and encouragement.

Established in 2014, our Club and Mentoring Program fosters year-round connections with our campers, turning the end of Camp into the beginning of lasting relationships. Each month during the school year, we meet with the children for several hours to provide structured activities and mentoring in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.

Here’s how to serve:

Support RFK throughout the year by volunteering or donating. Check the bulletin boards in the hall and watch for announcements to get involved. Your care and encouragement can help children build confidence, resilience, and hope, while reflecting God's love and showing them, they are valued and cherished.
