Kelly grew up in Willoughby Hills and has been a lifelong member of Willoughby Hills UMC. She graduated from South High School and over the years worked as a Nanny before having a family of her own. Kelly was hired as the Children's Education Assistant in the Fall of 2024.

Kelly and her husband Mark Davis have two children, Emmie, who will be going to middle school next year, and Ollie, who is turning 3 this summer. The Davis family still lives in Willoughby Hills with Kelly's parents. In her small amount of free time, she likes to scrapbook, craft, and organize.
